We won’t just charge a set amount because that is what we happened to list on a standardized pricing page. What if your project actually took less time and cost less? Wouldn’t you want to be charged the lower amount?
We take the time to quote every project individually because every project is different. We realize customers like to comparison shop and that is why they often are asking. Our prices are very competitive. Check out our portfolio. Then compare our quote to others offering similar services. We accept personal or business checks and money orders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Please note that checks issued as a deposit on a project must be received, deposited and cleared before the project commences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm except weekends and holidays.
What are your business hours?

I just submitted a request on your contact form. When will I hear back?
The first step is to contact us. Feel free to submit our contact form or give us a call at 248.982.9068 during our business hours. We’ll discuss the project with you in detail and answer questions. Based on our discussion, we will provide a quote specific to your project. Once you accept our quote, we issue an agreement that includes a project plan outlining the various stages of the project, due dates and what materials we will require from you (if any). Once we receive your deposit, agreement and any necessary materials, we will begin work according to the project plan. Of course, there will be times when we will correspond with you for various reasons and we encourage you to correspond with us.
You offer a lot of services. What is the general process for a project?
We normally can begin work on a project three to five days after we’ve received the deposit and you have signed our agreement. In some cases, work can begin sooner and in other cases, it may be a little bit later. All projects are scheduled to make sure every project receives the proper time. We’ll provide a timeline in our quotation.
How soon can you begin to work on my project?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to supply any samples and share any ideas. Throughout the project, the client is asked to approve various steps before we continue. At the conclusion of the project, we supply the project in the discussed formats.
What is the client’s involvement in the project?
We keep our clients abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, as outlined in the project plan, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these approvals, our clients are free to email or call for updates.
How do I check on the progress of my project?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. If the final payment does not clear or is revoked, then ownership remains with or transfers back to Blue Harvest Creative. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes or in our portfolio.
Who owns the copyright for work Blue Harvest Creative has done for me?
On some projects, we submit several designs for you to choose from, however, you will only own the one final design you choose and pay for. Any unused designs are the property of Blue Harvest Creative and may be used for future clients.
You made me more than one design. Can I use all of them?
We sure can. We offer different hosting and maintenance plans depending on your needs. We’ll let you know the different options we have when we discuss your project with you.
You offer website design. Can you host or update my website after it’s published?
Helping clients is what we do best. We'll listen to your needs and tell you what your options are. A job may seem overwhelming until you have the right experts helping you out. We can put things in perspective and offer solutions that you may not have even considered. Contact us today.
